This experience, his knowledge, and his attention to detail make Ed the best friend of every customer, general & sub-contractor, vendor, and employee. Ed has carved out a name for himself with his ability to quickly assess the scope of a project, submit a competitive bid, and then deliver on time and on budget. Gary Black, VP of Field Operations

With an ever growing list of jobs and manpower, it was apparent that US Ceiling needed a dedicated, direct, knowledgeable, and experienced champion of excellence, accuracy, and safety. Gary Black meets each of those needs and then some. With decades of experience as a subcontractor and self-performer on projects of nearly all scopes, Gary Black brings his tremendous experience and attention to detail to the team. His contribution has been immediate and immense.

Jeryd Caruso, VP of Business Development

Jeryd’s career has been characterized by professional excellence and high-quality work. He is a results driven, people oriented project manager with the ability to effectively build, lead, and motivate high-performance teams. He has a coaching-mentoring style of leadership that quickly endears him to his workforce. Jeryd approaches each job with the intelligence and skill derived from extensive experience. Donna Barton, Project Administrator

With a broad expanse and yet an acute depth, Donna Barton’s career has aligned in such a way that provides her with the ability to supply insight in critical moments – preventing oversights that could lead to cost overrun or improper reporting. Donna is US Ceiling’s go-to for timely and accurate project paperwork. If you are a GC or Owner, she will very quickly become the point of contact you can count on.

Michael Johnston, Chief Estimator

Michael Johnston has more than 15 years construction industry experience including roles in field management, specialty product installation, project management, and estimating.  He brings to the US Ceiling Corp team an incredible attention to detail with big picture perspective.  He is committed and driven by excellence and learning new and better ways to improve on our productivity, efficiency and quality.  The objective of Michael’s pursuit is to provide an exceptional customer experience as US Ceiling Corp delivers on our project commitments.

 

Colleen Kelly, Office Manager

With her extraordinary attention to detail, Colleen Kelly provides US Ceiling Corp. and USC Construction Services with the ability to stay focused and on-target for contractual deadlines and requirements. She is another new addition bringing with her thirty plus years of direct industry experience. This experience propels US Ceiling beyond merely meeting expectations. With Colleen on board, US Ceiling is able to deliver a process that foresees future obstacles and informs responsible parties in advance; allowing everyone to continue forward – on-time and on-target.

Patti Wirth, Controller

Patti Wirth is a senior accounting professional and recent addition to the team. She brings aboard her ability to successfully resolve the most difficult tasks with ease. Her years of accounting experience within the construction industry immediately made her a valued and productive member of the team. Patti has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is pursuing the prestigious Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation. Patti is a Board member of the CFMA Rochester Chapter and the Ontario County Planning Board. In her spare time, she also volunteers for the Habitat for Humanity.

Jon Pier, Purchasing Manager

Thirty years in the construction industry have given Jon an opportunity to be employed in many roles. From truck driver to heavy equipment operator, tool and inventory management, and purchasing, Jon has walked a mile in many shoes. Jon harnesses that experience to develop smart workflows that allow for anticipatory ordering and fulfillment. With Jon on board, US Ceiling Corp. can sleep well at night knowing that the critical functions of ordering product, material, and tools are handled.

Andrew James, Business Process & Media Manager

Recruited to help support existing structures, Andrew has helped to further develop these structures to meet the needs of a growing operation. Andrew joined the team with an overarching mandate to discover, develop, and support processes of efficiency, accuracy, and safety across the company. With formal experience and education in mediated messaging, Andrew also develops the ways in which the company is reached, viewed, and perceived by various publics.
